The UK Aircraft Accidents Investigation Branch
The equivalent organisation to the US NTSB in Britain is the Aircraft Accidents Investigation Branch (AAIB) of the UK Department of Transport. Their Publications include formal reports of investigations into incidents and accidents since 1994, as well as the monthly Bulletins since January 1996.
