Computer-Related Incidents with Commercial Aircraft
Flight Deck Automation Issues
Oregon State University and Research Integrations, Inc., under contract
with the
US FAA
Human Factors Office (AAR-100), have completed a study
intended to provide a comprehensive list of human factors issues
in flight deck automation and a well-organised, reasonably complete set
of data and other objective evidence related to those issues.
